Zen App brings well-being content to Apple Podcasts

That’s a truth the Zen App team is constantly reminding us of. You can meditate anytime, anywhere, especially when you feel the need. And in that sense, it can be a challenge to find the ideal meditation as quickly as possible.

The truth is, they all exist, and now they are presented in a way that is more intuitive and focused on everyday circumstances, thanks to Zen Wellness on Apple Podcasts. 

Well-being on Apple Podcasts, available in Portuguese, English and Spanish

With iOS 17, Apple introduced the ability to connect subscriptions to top apps with Apple Podcasts. Among them, the Zen App brings its wellbeing content to Apple Podcasts in three languages: Portuguese, English and Spanish. In total, there will be more than 600 episodes for subscribers to enjoy on Apple Podcasts.

“Apple has always been a great partner for Zen, since our launch we have worked together to use the best and latest technologies to provide the best user experience,” comments Zen’s CEO Matheus Veloza.

According to him, the idea is to make it easier for users to find what they need at that moment, and even to discover that they need it while browsing the catalogue.

In Portuguese, for example, the Zen app will launch on Apple Podcasts with 14 shows and around 280 pieces of content. Updates, says Veloza, will be daily in Portuguese and weekly in Spanish and English.

“We’re excited about this next step, with Apple Podcasts we’ll have a wider reach, across the globe, to continue spreading the importance of meditation and mental health care”.
